Raising Stellar Humans Workshop

Service Description

Parents spend 4 hours in workshop learning what drives them to make the choices they make.  We identify what the top needs are in their lives and how that influences what they do and how they react. We learn how we can control how we show up in the world no matter what the outside influences are.  We figure out how to live life to the fullest, march to the beat of our own drummer, and how to choose happiness, kindness, and love, even when it might not seem like the easiest choice. ​​ Are you wondering why this description looks just like the youth experience? Did you think I copied and pasted and forgot to edit the text? NOPE. After over a decade of mentoring and coaching youth, I can tell you that you both have the same worries, the same fears, the same desire to make your dreams come true. How they manifest themselves might be different, but at their core, they are the same...I promise. Learning how you show up, and mastering the ability to choose your actions instead of reactions, will change the way you relate to your teen and the way they relate to you.
