This poster is designed to be used as an interactive tool to help students identify not only the kind of energy they are carrying on any given day, but to consciously decide what they intend to do with that energy. 
 
This is great to use with sticky notes!
1. Have them indentify what quadrant thier energy is sitting in. 
2. Have then write on a sticky note what they intend to do with that energy and stick it in that quadrant.
 
Indentify.
Then take action.
