"Look Around" Gals Defence 14-18

Service Description

At the Stellar Human Project we believe in empowering our teens to have the confidence to get out in the world and be their best selves. We know that means teaching them not just value driven skills but also practical skills. "Look Around" The Confident Gals Defence course for girls 14-18 years old is designed to give them the skills to spot a potential physical confrontation, have awareness of the space they inhabit so they can recognize that potential conflict, how to protect themselves should a conflict arise, and what to do after they are out of harms way. Our no nonsense approach is carefully crafted to give the gals practical, and easy to remember and execute, skills to defend themselves. We pride ourselves in providing a comfortable environment to learn with loads of time to practice their new found skills.
